The problem

Finding and booking outdoor activities is scattered across operator websites, phone calls, and out-of-date listings. There was no single place to see what was actually available nearby and book it.

How I built it

• Expo app for iOS and Android from one React Native codebase.
• Fastify and PostgreSQL behind it for bookings and availability.
• Mapbox for interactive discovery of activities by location.
• Real-time availability and user reviews so listings reflect reality.

Where it landed

Shipped and launched. I joined as an engineer, then led the technical team as CTO before stepping down over a difference in vision for the company's direction.
